Our story

A new era of football

The Italian Football League carries on the legacy of over 40 years of American football in Italy. Founded in 1981 under FIDAF, today it includes 9 teams from the Top Division, from Milan to Lazio.

With Italian Bowl XLV coming to Ferrara and official partnerships with Dalsport and Wilson, Italian football is experiencing a new era — more professional, more media-focused, and more connected to the European sports scene.
