Our story

A new era of football

The Italian Football League carries over 40 years of American football heritage in Italy. Founded in 1981 under FIDAF, today it brings together 9 Top Division teams from Milan to Lazio.

With Italian Bowl XLV played in Ferrara in July 2026 and official partnerships with Dalsport and Wilson, Italian football is living a new era — more professional, more visible, more connected to the country's sporting fabric.
