Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are secured with SSL encryption.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
You can amend or cancel your order within 1 hour of confirmation. Please contact support@ifl-shop.com as soon as possible.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and a second email with tracking when the order ships.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Italy: € 4.90 standard (3-5 business days). Free for orders over € 79.
EU Europe: € 9.90 (5-7 days). Free for orders over € 149.
Rest of World: starting from € 19.90.
How long does the order take to arrive?
We ship within 24-48h of the order. Delivery in Italy takes 3-5 business days via express courier.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to all of Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia, and major non-EU countries.
How do I track my order?
When the order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track it on the courier's website.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return a product?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to make a return. The product must be intact, with original tags and labels. Returns in Italy are free of charge.
How do I make a return?
1. Go to your account area and click Returns.
2. Select the products to be returned and the reason.
3. Print the prepaid label.
4. Ship the package.
The refund will be processed within 5 working days of receipt.
Can I change the size?
Yes, return the item and place a new order with the correct size. Customized items cannot be exchanged.
Customization
Can I put a name and number on the jersey?
Yes, customization (name max 12 characters + number 0-99) is free on all official jerseys.
How long does customization take?
+1 business day compared to standard shipping. Customized jerseys cannot be returned (unless faulty).
Products & Sizes
Are the jerseys official?
Yes, all jerseys are produced by Dalsport, IFL's official technical partner.
How do I choose the right size?
See the size guide. Athletic regular fit: leaves room for pads underneath.
Are the hats original?
Yes, they are official 9FIFTY snapback or 59FIFTY fitted models.
