RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have 14 days from the delivery date to exercise your right of withdrawal in accordance with art. 52 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 21/2014) for non-personalized products.

PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS — NON-RETURNABLE

Garments personalized with name and/or number printing (personalized IFL Replica Jerseys) are neither refundable nor exchangeable in accordance with art. 59, paragraph 1, letter c of the Consumer Code.

The only exception is in case of a manufacturing defect or error in personalization compared to what was ordered. In these cases, please send us an email to info@italianfootballleague.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

1. Write to info@italianfootballleague.com within 14 days of delivery, indicating your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you instructions for return shipping.
3. Ship the product with a tracked courier to the address we provide.
4. Once the product is received and checked, we will proceed with the refund.

PRODUCT CONDITIONS

• The product must be intact, unwashed, unused
• Original tags still attached
• Original packaging intact
• Attach receipt or order reference

RETURN COSTS

Shipping costs for returns are at the customer's expense, except in case of a manufacturing defect or our error (in which case we will also refund the return shipping costs).

REFUND

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the same payment method used for the purchase.

SIZE EXCHANGE

We do not offer a direct exchange service. To receive a different size, we ask you to:

1. Return the product to us following the return procedure
2. Place a new order with the desired size
