The Italian Bowl is the final of the Italian American football championship, IFL Top Division. It has been played since 1980 and carries the sporting heritage of every team in the league.
After two editions played in the United States, the 45th Italian Bowl came back to Italy, at the Stadio Paolo Mazza in Ferrara. The 4 July date was symbolic: U.S. Independence Day.
